We are delighted to be working alongside William Warren who has designed the Onion and Bi-Forged lamps for Made by the Forge. Richard and William worked together in the forge during the initial process.

William says: “It’s not easy to comprehend the malleable properties of hot metal when holding the cold finished artefact. In skilled hands like Richard’s, the metal can move dramatically.”

The Bi-Forged lamps have been made and are ready to photograph. (Watch this space)  They will be showcased at design junction in London on the 18th-21st September.

After a successful day a the Forge, Murphy, one of our forms of transport, took all the designers to the pub for a well earned beer!
