Made by the Forge Passing Rings are the perfect partner for our Bay Window, Curved Door and L-Shaped Curtain Poles, or for longer, straight curtain poles with multiple brackets.
Passing Rings allow your curtain to slide past the brackets that hold your curtain pole in place. This allows you to keep the curtain neatly tucked away, yet easy to slide across when you want to.

Our Passing Rings are made from a 4mm round rod forged into a C shape with a smaller circle added in from which to hang your curtain. As with our regular Curtain Rings, our Passing Rings are incredibly strong, and they will hold up the heaviest of curtains with ease.
The Passing Rings blend seamlessly with your curtain pole and our wrought iron Curtain Rings. You will need a Passing Ring wherever your curtain passes over one of our specially designed Passing Brackets.
Material: The Passing Rings are made from a superior, 4mm solid metal rod.
Dimensions:
For 12mm poles - 4mm thick, 30mm outside diameter, 22mm internal diameter, 42mm drop
For 16mm poles - 4mm thick, 35mm outside diameter, 27mm internal diameter, 47mm drop
For 20mm poles - 4mm thick, 40mm outside diameter, 33mm internal diameter, 52mm drop
For 25mm poles - 4mm thick, 45mm outside diameter, 37mm internal diameter, 57mm drop
Finish: Traditional Matt Black Paint finish or a Natural Beeswax finish.

I still cannot believe no one produces any like these in Germany. So we are glad you do ship to Germany.
We had a number of beautiful Curtain poles made by a local Blacksmith for our 17th century Mill Cottage. They are beautiful but the guy who made them doesn’t make curtain rings. Modern curtain rings would have spoiled the show. Luckily a friend of ours had purchased curtain rings from Made by the forge and recommended them to us.
The rings were quite expensive but when they arrived we loved them. Refreshingly heavy, they are mini works of art and fit perfectly to our poles. Super quality, we love them.
The order and delivery process was easy and I would definitely buy from Made by the forge again.
