Terms of sale

We make every product to order and our current lead time can be viewed at the top of the page by clicking the ‘Lead Time’ tab.

All our ironwork is hand made especially for you. We hope that you will still choose us, because we believe it will be well worth the extra wait.

Once your order is ready, we will wrap it and the courier will collect the same day. You will then receive an email letting you know when it will be with you. Normal parcels are booked on a weekday signed for service. Smaller items are sent via Royal Mail. We will advise which service it is on when we dispatch your items(s).

If this is not convenient for you, for example, you foresee that you will not be around to take delivery, please provide an address where there will be someone to sign for it.

Although the couriers we use are very reliable, sometimes the inevitable may happen resulting in a delay. We suggest that you organise your fitter or installer once the goods have arrived and you have checked them to be correct.

A final note: Once you receive your order - please check the contents within 48 hours and check this against your invoice. 

We will email you as soon as your order is ready to dispatch and thank you once again for your valued custom.
