Our made to measure, hand forged iron Recess Curtain Poles have been designed by our blacksmiths to fit perfectly within a window recess, using our handmade Recess Brackets.

Made by the Forge's curtain pole for recess windows offers the perfect solution for poles that need to be fitted wall to wall, rather than mounted onto the surface of the wall. It's also suitable for windows that do not benefit from space either side of it, meaning a standard bracket and finial cannot be attached.

For properties that have deeply recessed windows, we have also developed a range of recess curtain poles that coordinate with our recess brackets, and come in 12mm, 16mm, 20mm and 25mm diameters. As these poles are bespoke to the measurements supplied by our customers, a snug fit for each individual recess is guaranteed.

These handmade curtain poles and brackets are not only stunning to look at, but they offer a lifetime of durability. You can choose from a Matt Black finish or a Natural Beeswax finish and you can rest assured that either of these traditional finishes will enhance the beauty of our wrought iron curtain poles for recess windows.
