I recently ordered a number of items from you. They arrived today and they're great. The quality of the workmanship is amazing. Really pleased, especially with the centre bracket you made to our own measurements.
Only issue we've had is that the "thumper" finial doesn't really work as I had hoped it would - practical issue about space between walls, doors etc. We've put the rail up without it and we prefer it that way, so I no longer have any need for it.
Any chance I could return it? It's a standard item and in perfect condition (we've only had it about 7 hours).

I wanted to complement the toilet roll holder that you made. It seems faintly comical for me to have "commissioned" such a thing, but I am very pleased with what you have sent! ps one minor comment (and i should have picked this up myself), if you can let the buyer know that some of the holes in the mounting brackets are at slighlty different heights, means they can check when drilling, rather than assume they are all a mirror image - handmade, so makes sense but i nearly didnt spot this when putting up the first one....
