How to Put Up a Curved Bay Window Pole

In this video, Richard from Made by the Forge shows you how to install a curved bay window curtain pole, with a little help from his friends.

This particular bay window pole consists of recess brackets, side brackets and a centre bracket, screwed into the wall and supporting a fully assembled bay window curtain pole.

Before you get started, you will need:

  • A screwdriver
  • A drill
  • A pencil
  • A spirit level
  • 3 people total (ideally)

All of our bay window curtain poles are made completely bespoke to your exact specifications and are the perfect addition to bay windows of all shapes and sizes. If you have an especially unique design in mind, please don’t hesitate to reach out to the team at Made by the Forge to discuss your options.

Our curtain holdbacks are the perfect complement for bay window curtain poles as they give you the option to frame your bay window setting rather than simply drawing the curtains opened or closed. All of our holdbacks come with your choice of finish and finial to blend with a variety of decor styles.
