Thanks so much for the replacement pole. It looks great and is just the right length - that extra bit made all the difference. The new pole and finial with rings are wonderful. I love the fact that I feel like I can see the hammer marks. Now I can’t wait for the curtain to complete the finished look.

Received the order, I was glad to see it left behind my rear gate when I got home rather than arrange another delivery like some couriers insist on.
It looks really good and I like the extra effort you have put in to cater for our needs of the awkward bend and return on the long pole. The finials look fantastic, no doubt it will be one of my jobs over this long weekend.

Hi there,
Just to let you know, the bits are all fine inside their packaging. I have assembled the pole with its rings and finials and offered it up to its position on the old door frame and it fits a treat. So do the supports and the tie back is perfect.
The plasterers only finished last evening, so we won't be able to decorate until next week, but as soon as I can, I will send a photo so you can see your work in situ.
Now to save up for a light fitting.....

Hi. Yes received and fitted, and then taken down again so we can paint out the room.

This is the second batch we have had from you and we really like them because of the excellent draw of the curtain due to the heavier nature of the poll. The flimsy, telescopic curtain poles you get in the local shops drive me mad when they move about and the curtain catches on the telescopic part. We have now done two rooms with these poles and two or three more rooms to go.

In summary we are very please with our previous order and this one looks like it will be equally pleasing once we have the room finished and the curtains backup.

Still undecided on eyelet curtains or not, so depending what we choose I may get back to you with an order for some rings to go on it.
