Our Bradfield Button 16mm curtain poles feature a traditional button finial, consisting of a wrought iron pole followed by a larger diameter button. This classic minimalist design will compliment a wide range of styles of décor, whilst also preventing the curtain rings from slipping off the end of the pole.

We’ve decided to name each of our new range of 16mm finials after places that are all part of the Made by the Forge story, places where we have planted trees. The Bradfield Button Finial is named after the extraordinary Bradfield Wood in Suffolk which has been carefully managed for over 750 years. Dormice will hugely benefit from the formation of hedgerows allowing safe passage from the woodland to an ancient copse. This ticks the final box of one of the seven points of success for reintroduced species; colonisation away from the initial area of reintroduction.
We started planting trees ourselves in 2009 on a hill in Willisham called Soots Meadow and carried on planting for three years before we teamed up with environmental agencies and volunteers.
Material: Our 16mm curtain poles are made to measure from solid 16mm bar.
Finish: Choose from a matt black finish or a natural beeswax finish. Both finishes are traditional and will enhance the beauty of the wrought iron pole.
Dimension: Finial length 0.5cm, diameter 3.5cm. The curtain bracket sits the pole 6cm from the wall.
